Integrating Spaces to Create a Contemporary Approach to Worship

The aim of the project was to design within the spatial constraints of the plot, while meeting the needs of the community and creating a contemporary place of worship.

We integrated the outdoor and indoor spaces and put the altar cross outside the building, which gives a great sense of depth to the church, and accommodates more worshipers who look through a glass wall to a small green courtyard and then to the stainless-steel cross on the wall at the end of the axis.

On the external entrance face of the building, a cross is cut out within the façade. It thus changes with the time of the day reflecting the ever-changing relationship between man and religion.
