Soaring high from a former defunct mill land, The World Towers comprises of three towers – World One, World View and World Crest that define the new skyline of Mumbai. Uniquely curvilinear in shape, The World Towers form a stunning sculpture in glass and steel, rising into the Mumbai sky. The three towers, stand as a powerful symbol of Mumbai’s unfettered aspirations. The unique curvilinear shape of the towers results in residences offering generous views of the iconic landscape, breath-taking city vistas, sea view and beyond. The World Residences are well appointed with every luxury, comfort and provided with state of amenities to cater to people of all ages. The design of the three towers complements seamlessly into the fluidic design of the landscaped expanse extending over a lavish 100,000 sq.ft. on top of the podium which features multiple children’s play areas, great lawns, fragrance garden, temple and a small amphitheatre.
Somaya Sampat collaborated with International Architects - Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners for the project which helped influencing each other’s expertise in local and global best practices. Working in collaboration fostered easier & efficient coordination for the Client ensuring that the project progressed seamlessly from Concept to Completion.
