Flowing design, seamless views - architecture inspired by the sea.
The building features a double basement, stilts, and six stories, with parking and services placed below. Designed to maximize sea views, living areas face the water while the service core is discreetly integrated along the roadside frontage.
A UPVC slatted façade was chosen over metal to withstand the saline environment, creating dynamic light and shadow patterns. The stark white finish embodies the fluidity of waves, reinforcing the architectural concept of flow and movement.
