Creating a Luxury Destination While Honoring Goa’s Heritage
The project successfully converted the single acre of overgrown land into a luxury tourist destination, keeping elements of the three original bungalows, without losing the integrity of the landscape. One remains connected to the landscape through semi-covered spaces, and the pool which faces both the river and the sea. Striking a perfect balance between the life and color palette of local Goa and the focus on preserving the native flora and fauna of green Goa, this project is a true representation of modern Goa.
