The repair and restoration highlights the careful preservation of structural integrity while revitalizing the unique Art Deco elements of the building. Through meticulous techniques and materials that honor the original design while being highly durable.

The project inspires creativity, fosters innovation, community building and stands as a testament to the transformative potential of art in corporate spaces. This project held immense significance as we aimed to infuse art into the historic building, not merely as decorative elements, but as integral components that would enrich the environment, inspire employees, and evoke a sense of identity.

The interior design was akin to the structure’s legacy and had a seamless blend of contemporary and modern style. Metaphoric representation of the company’s identity were introduced through textures and art forms.

The design process involved doing a lot of background research, to define a high-end, yet well balanced aesthetic, incorporating a futuristic and experience driven theme.

Materials used for the project were carefully curated keeping in mind durability and maintenance. The building is equipped with fitting and futures which contribute hugely towards LEED rating, pertaining towards the idea of sustainable environment.

The integration of metallic accents with polished surfaces, sleek high-gloss furniture, custom hand-tufted carpets, and textured paints enhanced the essence of each space.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited recognizes that people live, work, and inhabit buildings daily. The project's success is rooted in the thoughtful curation of artists whose creations embody BPCL's core values of Innovation, Tradition, Sustainability, and Collaboration.

Artworks proposed were conceptualized and curated based on the inspiration taken from the green refineries, green earth campaign, fluidity and movement, earthy colour palette, circular forms and interesting textures simulating the effect of geology and refineries.

In collaboration with various art galleries & artists, there were over 175 artworks conceptualized that represented the rich cultural heritage of Indian art, synthesized with sustainable methodologies. The aim was to infuse art into this building of historic significance, not merely as decorative elements, but as integral components that would enrich the environment, inspire employees, and evoke a sense of identity.
