Nature-integrated design for an environmentally harmonious campus.

A series of landscaped courtyards and water bodies were created to provide a natural balance to the built masses. The combination of water and plantings helps cool the microclimate within the campus, reducing air temperature.

Some courtyards, deliberately sunk, lead into interior spaces such as cafeterias, break-out areas, and informal offices, benefiting from natural ventilation and eliminating the need for air conditioning. This strategy effectively limits the use of artificial ventilation. A unifying feature of the campus, a low stone wall built from local Nevasa stone, serves as a visual and textural backdrop, framing the minimal building blocks finished in simple paint.
