A state-of-the-art facility with labs, classrooms, and seamless functionality.
The building features three staircase cores and eight elevators, each with a 20-passenger capacity. Above the plinth level, it spans 11 floors with a total height under 45 meters. The facility includes technology and DIY project labs, dry laboratories, classrooms, faculty rooms, seminar rooms, and offices. While no parking is available within the building, surface parking is provided nearby. The total built-up area is 30,000 sqm.
The proposed Academic Building consists of two blocks, AB1 and AB2, with AB2 rising to Ground + 10 floors. AB2 includes a lower ground floor dedicated to water tanks and services. Due to the site’s topography, both the buildings vary in height. A 2m utility corridor runs along the west façade of AB1, and AB2 houses high-capacity classrooms on the ground and first floors.
